1. Scope and Purpose
This kenzoAI Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when you use kenzoAI and Dojo. It is provided by GrapeCity India Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") and forms part of the kenzoAI Terms ("AI Terms"). It supplements Section 4 of the AI Terms, Section 7 of our Terms of Service, and the BuildNinja EULA. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the AI Terms.
This AUP applies only to kenzoAI and Dojo. Core BuildNinja is self-hosted on your own infrastructure and is not affected by it.
If this AUP conflicts with the AI Terms, the AI Terms control.
2. Intended Use
kenzoAI is intended for build-failure forecasting, log analysis, and build-configuration explanation. It is designed to process build information, logs, source-code or configuration diffs, and configuration data that you submit with a request, or that BuildNinja includes in the request.
3. What You Must Not Submit
You must not submit to kenzoAI or Dojo:
- Content that you do not have the right to submit.
- Another party's confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal data, beyond what is necessary for the requested build-failure forecast, log analysis, or configuration explanation.
- Sensitive Information such as medical, health, racial, ethnic, political, religious, philosophical, union membership, or sexual orientation information. This prohibition applies even where such information might otherwise be considered necessary for a request.
- Material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable.
- Material that encourages a criminal offense, civil liability, use of controlled substances, or any other violation of applicable law, or any illegal material of any kind.
4. What You Must Not Do
You must not:
- Use kenzoAI or Dojo to develop a competing AI service.
- Use kenzoAI or Dojo to benchmark against competing AI services for publication without our consent.
- Circumvent kenzoAI Credit metering or the Dojo shared token pool.
- Create multiple GrapeHub accounts to obtain more than one Free Signup Allowance.
- Use kenzoAI or Dojo in a way that violates the acceptable use terms of the applicable AI Provider (currently Microsoft Azure and AWS Bedrock).
- Access kenzoAI from, or route kenzoAI requests through, a sanctioned country or restricted territory, or use kenzoAI for activities prohibited by export control regulations.
- Do anything that the restrictions in EULA Section 3.2 or Section 4 of the AI Terms prohibit.
5. AI Output
AI Output is generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You remain solely responsible for reviewing AI Output and for all decisions you make in reliance on it, as set out in Section 8.2 of the AI Terms.
6. Monitoring and Abuse Detection
Our AI Providers operate their own automated abuse-detection processes to enforce their acceptable-use policies. Microsoft Azure also retains a logically separated store of prompts and completions that a human reviewer may access, but only where content has already been flagged by that automated process or is part of a suspected pattern of abuse.
We maintain internal request-response logs containing the content of kenzoAI requests and the corresponding AI Output. Further information about data handling is set out in the kenzoAI Data Policy.
7. Enforcement
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a kenzoAI Credit balance or Free Signup Allowance was obtained or used fraudulently or in violation of the AI Terms, this AUP, or the terms of the AI Providers, we may immediately suspend, deactivate, or revoke that balance or allowance without prior notice and without liability to you.
We may delete material that violates this AUP. Any cooperation with law enforcement, including disclosure of user information, is subject to applicable law and valid legal requests, as described in our Privacy Policy and kenzoAI Data Policy. Creating multiple GrapeHub accounts to obtain more than one Free Signup Allowance is a material breach of the AI Terms.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP in the same way as the AI Terms, with thirty (30) days' written notice. Continued use of kenzoAI after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
